Mobile Legends diamonds wholesale: which regional catalog costs your shop least
The number that sets your margin is not the price of a pack — it is the cost of 1,000 diamonds. On 8 September 2026 that ran from $10.09 in the Brazil catalog to $15.32 in Malaysia and Singapore across the twelve Mobile Legends catalogs on RSC. Here is the full comparison, the method behind it, and why the cheapest catalog is not automatically the right one.
The number a shop needs is not the one a player needs
Almost everything written about Mobile Legends diamonds is written for players: which storefront sells a 500-diamond pack cheapest today, at retail. A shop needs a different figure — cost per 1,000 diamonds per catalog — because you buy across catalogs and sell to accounts in several regions. It is not visible in a price list: pack sizes differ, most packs carry a bonus, and the ladder inside one catalog is not always monotonic.
How to compute it
Cost per 1,000 = pack price ÷ (base diamonds + bonus) × 1,000. Four rules keep the comparison honest.
- Count the bonus. 465 + 51 Diamonds delivers 516, so $5.21 ÷ 516 × 1,000 = $10.10 per 1,000.
- Leave out the First Top-Up Bonus rungs: cheapest per diamond, least repeatable — section below.
- Leave out the passes. Weekly Pass, Weekly Elite Pack, Monthly Elite Pack and Twilight Pass are not diamonds.
- Compare rungs of a similar size: every catalog gets cheaper per diamond as the pack grows.
Cost per 1,000 diamonds by catalog, checked 8 September 2026
Each line gives the cheapest and the most expensive regular pack of that catalog per 1,000 diamonds. Regular means 100 diamonds or more, bonus counted, First Top-Up rungs and passes excluded. In brackets is the category id: its live table is at /game-top-ups/c/<id>, and the API takes the same id.

The denomination counts are the stock counter at the top of each category page. Mobile Legends: Adventure looks like a thirteenth catalog but is a separate game selling M-CASH, 8 denominations, $13.49 to $553.01.
What the numbers say
Brazil is the cheapest per diamond, and not marginally. At each catalog's best rung, a thousand diamonds costs about 52% more in Malaysia or Singapore ($15.32) than in Brazil ($10.09). On rungs of the same size the gap is wider: around 500 diamonds, Brazil's 465 + 51 works out to $10.10 per 1,000 against $16.22 for the 383 + 46 in Malaysia and Singapore.
Inside a catalog bigger is usually cheaper, but check. In Global, 7,502 Diamonds cost $115.78 and 7740 + 1548 Diamonds cost $115.96 — eighteen cents for 1,786 more diamonds. A rung lower the ordering flips: 2,976 Diamonds cost $46.40, while 3099 + 589 (3,688 in total) cost $46.24, cheaper and larger. Bulk also stops paying: Special's best rate is $14.53 per 1,000 on a 3,606-diamond pack, while its lines from 22,548 to 60,445 diamonds sit at $15.68–15.69.
Tip
Walk a catalog's whole ladder once in a spreadsheet before you price from it — the two or three rungs you will actually buy from are not obvious.
Exclusive, Special and Promo are not regions
Nine catalogs name a region — BR, ID, MY, PH, RU, SG, TR, US, Global. The other three read Availability: Exclusive catalogue, Special catalogue, Promo catalogue. Exclusive (125 denominations) and Special (122) are granularity, not discount: nearly every diamond total between roughly 1,000 and 60,000 has its own line, which helps when a customer names a number instead of a pack. Cheap they are not — $14.49 and $14.53 at best against $10.09 in Brazil — and in Exclusive 6,042, 12,084, 24,168 and 60,420 diamonds all price at $14.49 per 1,000.
Promo is 11 lines with the same pack shapes as Global's bonus ladder, priced higher: 7740 + 1548 is $135.08 in Promo, $115.96 in Global and $107.01 in Brazil. Open it when the rung you wanted is unavailable for that account.
The First Top-Up Bonus trap
Six catalogs carry packs marked First Top-Up Bonus — Global, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, four rungs each. They are the cheapest diamonds on the platform, and the note on the Global page says why: it lists the swap as 50+5 → 50+50, 150+15 → 150+150, 250+25 → 250+250, 500+65 → 500+500. So Global's 50 + 5 Diamonds (First Top-Up Bonus) at $0.74 delivers 100 diamonds to an account that qualifies — $7.40 per 1,000 against $18.93 for the ordinary 51 + 5 beside it. Indonesia prints the enlarged bonus into the pack names, at $8.90–8.95 per 1,000.
The catch is in the name: the enlarged bonus is tied to a first top-up on that account, not to every order, so treat it as a one-off per player — it cannot hold a permanent line in your price list. In Brazil, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore the First Top-Up rung is simply listed under the identical regular one: Brazil's 50 + 5 Diamonds is $0.72 with the mark and $0.78 without. Ask support — a dashboard ticket or Telegram — what a rung delivers before you promise it.
Tip
Price standing positions off regular rungs only, and treat first-top-up packs as a one-time welcome offer for genuinely new accounts.
A cheap catalog is only cheap for the accounts it accepts
The Global category page states two restrictions: not available for Indonesia and BR regions, and a list of packs not available for MY/SG/PH/ID/RU regions — 78+8, 156+16, 234+23, 625+81, 1860+335, 3099+589, 4649+883, 7740+1548 Diamonds and the Weekly Pass. Set that list against the price table: those eight run $12.48 to $13.72 per 1,000 and include the six cheapest rungs in the catalog. Without them, what an MY/SG/PH/ID/RU account can take above 500 diamonds runs $13.64 to $16.20.
The rule that follows: a catalog is cheap for the accounts it accepts, and for everyone else the honest comparison is the catalog they can use. Get the customer's server or region before you sell, run the first order for that region as a small test, then put the rung in your price list. If the account or region is rejected, the platform credits the full amount back to your balance and marks the order refunded.
Catalog depth and the items that sell twice
Price per diamond is not the only axis. Global carries 43 denominations and United States 10, so the tidy US floor of $14.30 comes with nothing under 56 diamonds. The pass items deserve their own lines because they bring the same customer back: on 8 September 2026 the Weekly Pass ran $1.34 in Brazil, $1.46 in Global and $1.99–2.01 in Malaysia, Singapore and Special, and Global also lists a Weekly Elite Pack at $0.74, a Monthly Elite Pack at $3.74 and a Twilight Pass at $7.66.
What you need from the buyer
Every order needs two numbers: the player ID and the zone ID — in the game profile the long number is the ID, the zone ID the short one in brackets beside it. Collect both before payment and read them back in the chat: a completed top-up cannot be recalled, and a wrong ID is the one case a refund does not cover.
Build retail from cost, not from a discount to the in-game price
A percentage off the in-game price anchors your shelf to a number you do not control. Cost per 1,000 diamonds is yours: take the rung you buy, add your margin per thousand, derive every pack price from it.
- Pick one working rung per region and write it down with the date.
- Set the margin per 1,000 diamonds and convert it per pack: a 516-diamond pack carries 0.516 of it.
- Test with real money first: the minimum balance top-up is $3, there is no minimum order, and payment is USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20, TON or Aptos.
How to redo this table in a month
Everything above is a snapshot and it will drift. Rebuilding it takes two requests with the API key from your dashboard.
- curl -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY" "https://resell.codes/api/v1/top-ups/categories?q=mobile%20legends" — the category ids, so you see a catalog appear or disappear.
- curl -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY" "https://resell.codes/api/v1/top-ups/categories/mobile_legends_brazil/offers" — every offer with its name and price_usd.
- Then one formula per row: price_usd ÷ (base + bonus from the offer name) × 1000, skipping First Top-Up rungs and passes. Without a key, open the category pages and divide.
The short answer
On 8 September 2026 the cheapest Mobile Legends diamonds on RSC were in the Brazil catalog, $10.09 to $14.36 per 1,000, then Global at $12.48 and Turkey at $13.21; the most expensive floors were Malaysia and Singapore at $15.32 and RU at $15.13. Buy Brazil where the customer's account takes it, keep a second catalog for the accounts it does not, and price standing positions off regular rungs.
